My mission in the department is to provide role clarity, opportunities for development, streamline processes and ensure corporate targets are met. I am creating a culture that performs the "right work at the right time". I have created forecasts, identified process gaps for compliance work and reduced overtime 20% from the previous year.
I Identified the department was understaffed for 24/7 operations. I built a staffing plan to support employee fatigue management, provide handoffs between shifts, and ensure coverage to meet the needs of field employees.
Currently, I am developing an Emergency Response gap analysis to proactively prepare employees and develop tools and training to support corporate culture of safety.
