Identify and implement projects for Pharmacy Government Division primarily in the Medicaid line.
Work with Project Teams to draft, refine and educate all on the project scope and tasks and distribute as needed.
Direct and oversee multiple team leads on complex projects.
Communicating project status, issues and risks to internal stakeholders and top management.
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders as well as business and IT executives.
Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and goals.
Mitigate risk by identifying, escalating and resolving issues across multiple delivery groups and/or projects.
