Managed yearly budgets over 100 M€, considering costs and investment, pursuing, defining and achieving optimum levels of service, quality, value, innovation, and cost objectives.
Directed the third party suppliers and outsourcing processes of the Group, and teams: 30-100, made of colleagues, clients, and third parties.
In charge of the Real Estate area of the Group leading multiple processes of negotiation for rents reduction, acquisition of the rented sites and search of the new stores for relocation, with the aim of cost rationalization.
Construction, project manager of the high complexity projects of branches and/or buildings renovation and/or construction.
Branches network expansion, project leader of the new branches opening, from the store search, negotiation, hiring, architecture projects and facilities construction.
Project leader of branches new concepts, branding and corporate identity of Santander Group standards worldwide, directing the definition of the new concepts of branches and customer service with local and worldwide application, as well in the definition of new branding concepts.
Banking segments: Retail, Premium, Private, Shopping Center, Convenience.
Space management of more than 100.000 m2 (1 M sq.ft): direction of workers transfer and relocation in the Central Services (buildings) and Branches; direction and execution of the relocation on central buildings, from the search of the building, definition of needs, lay-out studies, planning and execution; as well specific relocation projects such as: Private Banking, Board of Administration Offices, Call Center, Warehouses, IT Center, Investment Bank.
