Responsibility of general office duties for the entire office that I run myself. Which includes the following that I do for two offices: answering multi phone lines,schedule appointments for various Drs within the practice, greet patients upon arrival,check them in/out. Schedule return appointment at checkout. Obtain and enter patients demographics and Insurance information. Data entry, collect all copays,balances and toward deductibles. Scan and assign documents into patients charts,labs,records,ect. Company went to Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Confirm appointments with reminder calls. Total up all payments collected and do end of day reports. Very high paced and busy offices.
