Drive new innovative features from idea to done – Manage feature request backlog, identify potential feature enhancements with the biggest business impact, create technical specs and backlogs, driving development, planning releases and support.
Manage globally distributed teams and building relationships with dependency teams both upstream and downstream, and vendors
Gathering requirements and functional specifications with business stakeholders, working with Dev team to come up with technical specifications, creating user stories and supporting the products end to end from conception to delivery, adoption and support.
Investigate bugs, coordinate and follow through to bring bugs to resolution.
Act as Scrum master, assisting the teams to groom short term and long term work items and prioritize work so there is maximum impact to the business in terms of dollars and customer satisfaction, juggling a combination of new feature work, technology debt as well as bugs.
Collaborate with teams from Europe to Asia, and work closely with them to deliver features.
Projects worked on range from UI features such as lightweight update of the website, to backend integration with email marketing tools such as exact target and expense management tools, to security initiatives to better protect customer information, to reporting and analytics based on transactions and, outbound and inbound data feeds.
Verticals worked on include: Air, Hotel, Multi vertical rapid development (short cycle customer feature asks), Reporting and Outbound data
