GOLDCORP INC. – successfully revived and completed a derailed SAP BPC v10 project, turning it into a success story to be presented at the 2013 SAP Sapphire conference.
• Restructured the project methodology, scope and team alignment to deliver on time, engaged key stakeholders and rebuilt the relationship with executives
• Established alignment sessions to improve communications and design decisions – included a “peer alignment” strategy and a more balanced allocation of skill sets to enhance continuous user engagement
• Successfully aligned and managed cross functional teams across competing consulting firms and independent consultants.
• Introduced proto-cycling and design gate reviews. Enhanced accountability and governance by incorporating RICEFW deliverable log, cutover plan, IT checklists, development standards, knowledge transfer plans, release strategy and post go-live sustainment planning.
TELUS – completed 3 major projects for both their domestic and international entities (Philippines, Guatemala), with full oversight over both consulting and client teams.
CITY OF NANAIMO – led this benchmark project representing the first municipality in North America to adopt BPC v10 on the Netweaver platform. Successful project delivered on time, under budget, and won the firm a lucrative support contract. Another success story to be presented at 2013 SAP Sapphire conference.
