Configuring programs, screens, pathways, reports, and job instructions to meet detailed user specifications.
Supporting end users by providing technical assistance to customer departments and maintaining databases for applications supported by the IT team.
Supporting internal customers in such functional areas including, but not limited to, finance, human resources, purchasing, and project management.
