Delivering change initiatives to colleagues, and supporting our people in achieving their potential whilst keeping up to date with changes in product and regulations.
As a member of the Learning & Development team my focus is on developing our colleagues to enable us to achieve our long term strategic goals and business transformation. Working collaboratively with a team of Learning and Development Consultants and reporting to the Senior Colleague Development Consultant my responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Building effective relationships, gathering and acting upon feedback at all levels.
Consult with multiple business stakeholders to understand the challenges the organisation faces
Spend roughly half of the role delivering, and the other half designing, delivering and evaluating impactful learning solutions that drive both business and behavioural growth.
Developing our people to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service and are fully informed about our products.
