Program Manager - Seller Support Global Outsourcing
November 2010 — Present
There are many tasks, projects and programs I take on within my role. I am not limited to a specified field and am always looking to expand my skill set with new areas to dig into. I've created programs to drive the Associate Experience, the Seller Experience, quality, contact handling, process barriers, case concerns requiring immediate assistance. Below are key attributes to reaching my day to day tasks and program/project goals.
*Product Knowledge/Subject Matter Expert*
Time spent (4.5 years) as a Senior Associate for Seller Support provides a unique perspective that is rare in the corporate offices, in that I have the true Associate experience and knowledge of the product (Selling on Amazon & Fulfillment by Amazon). This experience and knowledge is used every day to either educate my peers or shed light on a question of "Why would an Associate do this? What should be done?" This skill allows me to drive a bigger network impact.
*Data Analysis and Entry*
Working with different types of reporting (dashboards, text, excel, SQL, DWP) to piece together trends that highlight potential and current problem areas. Using this reporting to analyze specific issues in diving deep into the root cause to drive solution.
*Relationship Building with Internal & External Associates and Leadership*
Creating programs is just the beginning of what I do. In order to drive effective programs, an established relationship between Program Manager and client needs to be present. I continuously work day to day to gain & maintain sold relationships to ensure we are both doing right by one another and as a result, an effective program is facilitated remotely.
Writing Program documents that immediately captures attention while providing enthralling details based on the audience of the paper. Turning visions to words and using words that paint a picture of the vision to the reader.
