I would create rotas for service users and employee I would also answer phones ,conduct interviews
Speak with family's other support company's social services hospitals .
Would carry out assessments write up care plans with all relevant information both medical and personal .
I would take part on the on call rota making sure I knew every cilent and care I completed spot checks and supervision with the carers.
When manager was on annual leave or away I was then in charge
Also I completed admin data input .
Also tracking carers time sheets with completed jobs making sure they were signed by the correct service user.
I would cover care calls at short notice always delivering quality care and taking time to get to know what the service user requires .also solving any problems that would and could arise
