Server, bartender and Front of The House Manager.
Along with waiting on tables and working the bar I was responsible for scheduling all FOH employees, hiring, weekly inventory and ordering. I also took care of the 18 rotating draft beer menu, 75 martini, 30 bottle beers, and 75 wines by the glass/bottle.
In addition to the daily responsibilities, I helped organized our beer and wine dinners, spirit tastings, New Years Eve Dinner, Annual wine tastings and Guest Chef Celebrity Charity Dinner.
