University of Connecticut
I had always enjoyed science classes in school, and even got awards for it, so when I chose a college, I was sure I wanted to do something in science, and ended up on track for a Pharmacy degree. I quickly realized that High School Science and College Science were two very different things. It took me a while of taking general education courses to discover that the classes I enjoyed attending most, and that I excelled in, were a whole different kind of science, social science. I decided on a Psychology major for this reason, and honestly enjoyed the curriculum for it.
