- Tasked with creating a Project Management Office (PMO)
- Manage Enterprise level project development from Initiation to Closure
- Execute Projects based upon PMI and Scrum Alliance methodology
-- Waterfall and Agile (Scrum)
- Complete Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to estimate effort
- Provide project schedule to identify when each task will be performed based upon
stakeholder input
- Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle
- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and
approved via Executive Project Steering Committee by change control management
- Track and report on project KPIs such as Milestones, EVM, CPI, and SPI using PMIS and PPM tools
- Determine how results are to be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine level of project success
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
- Develop project management training and provide support when needed
- Work with Executive Project Steering Committee and Project Sponsors to safely crash unsuccessful projects and re-prioritize existing program/portfolio projects
