In this experience,in phase 17&18 project from Sep 2009 up to Mar 2010, I worked as a site-based planner/controller in a large-scale EPC project aimed at delivering a propane & butane refinery. The project consisted of massive & diversified civil, mechanical, structural and piping tasks. I concentrated mainly on subprojects designed for Condensate Storage Tanks, None Industrial Buildings and sulfur recovery areas along with lower exposure to other construction sub-projects as boilers, utilities and propane & butane tanks.
Upon joining phase 14 from Sep 2010, I was engaged with SPGD-Phase 14 within their consortium leadership group mainly including EPCC of Jackets and platforms, subsea pipeline, drilling and onshore facilities. As a Lead Planning Engineer, I was in charge of organizing and steering all planning related activities for the project team to make sure the whole scope of projects was covered and well time-planned in schedules. I used to spend 2 or 3 days per week in site for attending in construction meetings and supervising construction planners at site. In addition I tutor and mentor graduate and junior planners.
