Define needs for and manage facility services.
Identify and anticipate workspace needs, based on manpower fluctuations and organizational modifications
Identify and examine areas where space could be optimized
Evaluate needs in new building capacities and launch the process of additional workspace creation
With the help of sub-contracting companies, organize and coordinate moves programs and office layout
Provide requirements of space allocation to be implemented by the Works team
Define and ensure office allocation and equipment policy is applied
Supervise delivery desk management, mail management, office supplies management and stock management activities.
Ensure effective communication to management, provide information to support their decisions (memos, presentations)
