Employed as part of the promotions team – a larger extension of the core marketing department at the Student Association (SA), that primarily focuses on garnering student interest into the variety of services offered on campus. The key aspects of this job involve;
 Speaking with students through entertaining, interactive panels set up in booths across campus and informing them of the numerous channels with which they can get involved in campus life such as campus clubs, SA events and sports.
 Promoting the individual events the SA hosts during the course of the first two weeks of school and the rest of the semester.
 Driving ticket sales and generating campus-wide interest for the annual “CampusFest” concert, the school’s largest event.
 Maintaining the SA’s social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and ensuring that these are constantly updated with promotional campaigns for events, SA and campus news and topics of interest for students.

Administrative Coordinator

As an administrative coordinator, my role involved handling sensitive internal paperwork, registering new students and organizing inter-departmental inventories. The main areas of this job involved;
 Personally overseeing and creating extensive new digital inventories and libraries of items, primarily books, in various departments at the school. The inventories were previously non-existent and this job required a manual approach in collecting and categorizing individual items to add to the digital records.
 Creating and delivering internal correspondences between departments and members of staff.
 Organizing and filing records of past students onto a digital file system whilst simultaneously enrolling new students into the school’s digital register.

Senior Project Manager

As the project manager and senior marketing manager for the "Hi-Tech Fair" event, my job involved the following;
 Coordinating and overseeing all different aspects and departments involved in the execution of the event including but not limited to Marketing, Finance, Public Relations and Human Resources.
 Personally creating and executing marketing and promotional material for the event by designing and exhibiting an extensive array of marketing material and social media outlets.
 Responsible for bringing in a variety of big-name businesses as financial and media sponsors and partners associated with the event.
