Planned, Produced, and Designed innovative and successful new quests and digital items to bring the game more sales with very high margin of profit, the results were very high ARPU & ARPPU
Provided excellent product management techniques through working closely with a diverse team of social & digital marketing, IT support and business development.
Was in charge of Runes of Magic, an MMORPG game that is played by over 7 Million players all around the globe.
Worked as a customer care manager by handling a large helpdesk, through solving thousands of tickets.
Provided marketing plans for the product along with tens of action plans and event planning for the game.
Kept a friendly relationship with developers from all around the world, MaxOnSoft Studios from Korea and Runewaker from Taiwan.
Working in the product team also polished my skills in translation from Arabic to English and vice versa, by also working and issuing PR announcements, using ADOBE suits in all aspects for the product, managing the forums and providing solutions to any problematic situation that the customer faces.
Coming up with social media events and running pages of the products we have. 18K likes at least to each page.
Producing community updates to the masses and translating them into both Arabic and English if necessary.
Conducting weekly maintenances to the game by optimizing the database and backing it up along with updating it using SQL, also applying large patches on both test and live servers.
Being responsible of a product means a lot of Quality Assurance tasks which were vital to the product life.
Creating marketing events for facebook and twitter. Also creating daily posts for the fans.
