• Communication with international team of marketers, IT specialists and financiers (from Portugal, Turkey and Russia):
- Conducting competitors analysis and informing market trends and opportunities to the channel manager (Turkey)
- Brainstorm and creation of new services
- Adaption of Timwe’s current global services/softs to the local market
- Communication with IT and Designers team from HQ (Portugal) and Turkey to implement planned projects.
• Daily/monthly monitoring of current services (sms traffic, new subscribers, cancellation rate); Conducting Media analysis
• Reporting incidents and customer complaints to HQ IT team.
• Communication with mobile network operators (MNOs – Kcell, Beeline, Tele2, Altel):
- Push strategies: Analysis of operators’ current Value Added Services (VAS) and proposal of Timwe’s services and solutions.
- Pull strategies: Receive operators’ VAS preferences/needs and propose Timwe’s services and solutions.
