My goal as a marketing consultant is to help the business get maximum exposure. So, I have to ask a lot of questions. I listen to any problems, difficulties, or hindrances your business is facing to make it bigger and more profitable. When I pin point what is lacking, I can help you by implementing and refining new ideas and techniques.

I aim help you increase sales by attracting new customers and growing the current customer relations and make them more fruitful. This can only be done with strategy and implementation. In addition, I act as a casual advisor, coach or marketing director and create marketing plans, write and design print for electronic media, and creates websites for traffic to convert visitors into customers.

I perform a variety of specialized record-keeping duties associated with processing and analyzing categorical/grant or equivalent accounting transactions, compilation of fiscal data, and preparation of complex reports to external agencies often leading to renewal or reimbursement for services.

*Maintain charts of accounts and other fiscal information, files, and records relating to categorical, grant and mandated programs;
*Verifies accuracy of amounts and postings of transactions. Posts and balances subsidiary ledgers and transfers data to general ledger. Traces transactions to determine discrepancies;
*Calculates items such as employee wages, time and material reports, equipment and supply costs, etc. Determines the proper account distribution;
*Analyzes, prepares, and processes a variety of special statistical and financial information and reports requiring skill at researching information from financial data management systems;
*Monitors fund balances and produces variance reports to inform program directors of financial performance. Ensures that revenues are recorded and expenses managed on a timely basis. Prepares cash and expense flow statements;
*Participates in the budget development process for assigned programs by developing worksheets, querying line managers about needs and consolidating proposals;
*Classifies, codes, and consolidates charges, rates and related financial information to either municipal or double-entry accounting system;
*Orients and trains program professionals in required data for categorical and grant reporting;
*Develops worksheets for consolidated reports and internal/external audits. This includes auditors from various agencies;
*Assists with the preparation of financial reports including the monthly closing of books;
*Manipulates an integrated data management system to produce custom, yet recurring reports, requiring a working knowledge of the relationships of financial data;

ASES Program Coordinator

I am responsible for coordinating all day-to-day functions of the program including (but not limited to): coordinating with project partners providing services on site, ordering managing supplies, communicating with parents, maintaining records and attendance, gathering evaluation data as needed, and facilitating communication between project staff and teachers. In addition, I develop program curriculum, train the after-school staff (as needed), and facilitate/monitor the implementation of the program components.

What exactly is the ASES program?
The After School Education and Safety Program is the result of the 2002 voter-approved initiative, Proposition 49. This proposition amended California Education Code (EC) 8482 to expand and rename the former Before and After School Learning and Safe Neighborhood Partnerships Program. The ASES Program funds the establishment of local after school education and enrichment programs. These programs are created through partnerships between schools and local community resources to provide literacy, academic enrichment and safe constructive alternatives for students in kindergarten through ninth grade (K-9). Funding is designed to: (1) maintain existing before and after school program funding; and (2) provide eligibility to all elementary and middle schools that submit quality applications throughout California. The current funding level for the ASES program is $550 million.
