* Job Responsibility：
In charge of hotel training, staff activities, quality inspection, and assist HRD in recruiting and staff management.
* Job Performance：
1.Delivered Supervisory Skills Builder (role recognition, key to communication, handling problems & conflicts and time management), Management Training Program (leadership, motivation & team building, how to handle complaint, situational leadership, my profile workshop, management by objective) and training the trainer.
2.Planned, organized and implemented annual employee skills competition, Mid-Autumn talent show, fun game, tug of war, spring festival gala, outstanding employees domestic tour and English allowance assessment.
3.Established cooperation with five schools and brought in multiple batches of interns. And assigned HR office clerks to assist, manage and motivate those interns to ensure stability.
