Organize, direct and manage the administrative activities of the store, receiving merchandise, taking responsibility for inventory, order and good service of the store, staff hiring, staff development in the area of product knowledge and attention, in order to ensure well maintained, good service and product availability to the customer at all times. I have experience in the process of recruiting, organizing and structure store employees. I coordinate activities, seminaries and workshops aimed at new as well as experienced users and ultimately increase store traffic and sales. Creation and handling of inventory management database, specifically tailored to increase productivity and maximize time. Responsable for the management of a 1.2 million dollar inventory with a resulting shrink of 0.0002%. Increase sales an average of 34%.
