As a Sales Supervisor, I am tasked with leading multiple teams through the customer engagement process, ensuring that each and every customer in our store is able to leave happier than how they came in.

My responsibilities include:

- Coaching to "Meet and Make a Connection" on a daily basis to ensure that we are elevating the way our staff interacts with our customers.
