EZY Trail Adventure are a leading camper trailer manufacturer. We also have a range of standard box style trailers, tool boxes and an ATV range.
With a national coverage and an evolving product offering - we provide a value for money product.

Current projects that are on my attack list are:
* Develop, implement and fine tune the National Marketing Program (coverage of all states and media's)
* Establish the National Trade Show Exhibition
- implement and the train and hand over to the National Trade Show Coordinator
* Work with the Production team to fine tune the range plus "fit and finish" of the final product
* Create and implement the Sales Team Training program
- to grow the service level and sales pipeline potential
* Look at complimentary product ranges that can be offered to our customers
- making our showrooms the "one stop shop"
- establish how we can source and offer these to market
* Work as one of the key members of the Senior Management team
- driving the business forward as a key player in the outdoor recreation market

Key points that I focus on:
* Remember - doing the same thing every day gives you the same result.
To be innovative & successful - You need to think outside the square & work smart as well as hard
* Everything the business does needs to allow Sales to be achieved.
With out sales - there is now income - without income there is no business.
(And a sales is not a sale until you are paid - and the price is right for you and your customer)

Looking after many and varied accounts, along with targeting new customers is main role. Key accounts include: Coles, Myer, Bunnings and Priceline. Assisting in the development of the sales strategies and targets ties in as well.

DMH Outdoors

SA NT Area Manager & Marketing Manager

DMH Outdoors - a camping wholesaler based in Braeside in Melbourne. It grew in size over 30 years - running with a small yet dynamic head office team.

One of my roles was to manage the sales territory of SA and NT along with many internal sales enquiries. Developing the brand to be top of mind and delivering on my word - was my key strength in developing sales in my territory.

Under the Marketing umbrella - we created brand strategy in print, online and electronic. Overseeing the production of a yearly product handbook, price lists and 3 "call to arms" sale catalogues for the dealers, as well as brand and product POS material was another major role.

Then working alongside our CEO in the development of product with our overseas factories. Liaising with the factories for samples, artwork and on time delivery. My aim had been to become an "all rounder" with the ability to adapt to many of the different roles in a SME.

Developing a win:win solution, my dedication and ability to "cut to the chase" were hallmarks of my success at DMH Outdoors.


Aussie Disposals

Marketing Co-ordinator

Marketing Coordinator, Trade Show Coordinator and Direct Marketing Manager. Three roles all in one. Oversaw in getting the Aussie Disposals on-line shopping store operational and then ran the day to running of the management of it. Coordinated four print "call to arms" catalogs and the distribution of these to letterboxes. (Print run to suit 39 stores). Ran three outdoor trade shows - managing stock, staff, sales and the smooth running of them. Worked with many local schools and community groups promoting the company a successful shopping loyalty program. Over saw most of the in-store merchandising tickets and display materials for the whole company (39 stores at that stage).

Senior Store Manager - Knox City Shopping Centre

Managed the store at the Knox City City shopping Centre. Responsible for sales, ordering, staff, store merchandising - training Assistant Mangers to become managers in their own right. Making sure the store turned a good profit and had happy customers. Was successful in training one 2IC to manager status and two full time staff to 2IC status.
