• Review, generate and approve project plan and procedure for accuracy, appropriateness, and completeness.
• Responsible for the planning, design, and fabrication of any parts the would be necessary to complete this test.
• Supervise welding engineers in the preparation of technical and operating documentation and procedures
• Responsible for all the paperwork associated with this test.

LLOG - Who Dat Project, which included the Installation of 5 flexible risers, 2 export lines and 3 flowlines, PLETS, Jumpers and manifold installation and precommisioning in 3,000 +fsw in the MC 547 A location.
• Review, generate and approve project plans and procedures for accuracy, appropriateness, and completeness.
• Responsible for the planning, design, and fabrication of the PLETs (6) for this project.
• Review and approve reports, calculations, drawings and other technical documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and applicability to the project requirements.
• Supervise field engineers in the preparation of technical and operating documentation and procedures
• Responsible for the Field Engineers offshore rotation on all vessels for the project.

Interim Project Manager. The scope of the project included topside salvage and jacket tow to reef of 3 - 3 piles and 1 - 4 pile, and topside and jacket salvage of 1-3 pile, 1 - 4 pile, and 1 - 6 pile.
Interim Project Manager responsible for procedures, all project costs, scheduling, client interactions, invoicing, supervise engineering and drafting deliverables, approving all requisitions of project materials and services, and supervise Field Engineers offshore and onshore.

Project Engineer/Field Engineer. The scope of the project included topside salvage and jacket tow to reef of 5 - 3 piles, 2 - 4 pile, 1-6 pile and 3-8 pile. Scope of the pipelay jobs included 1-8" conventional s-lay and 2-6" reel s-lay projects.
Project Engineer responsible for procedures, assist the project manager in development of project budget and manpower requirements, offshore client interactions, supervise engineering and drafting deliverables, writing all requisitions of project materials and services, and supervise Field Engineers offshore and onshore.

As a Field Engineer, I have been involved in a in a great diversity of projects. The majority of them based out of the United States. The difficulties that I face on a day a day basis, most of them are related planning out and managing projects. Setting up meeting with clients, investigate and get information for future projects and the development of the projects to be executed, starting from the very beginning until their end.
1. Generate project procedures.
2. Lead field engineers and others in the preparation of project pipeline and structural installation plans and procedures.
3. Review and approve plans and procedures for accuracy, appropriateness, and completeness.
4. Coordinate along with the project manager and operations the preparation of the project schedule.
5. Assist the project manager in development of project budget and manpower requirements.
6. Coordinate the planning for the design and fabrication of a project
7. Review and approve reports, calculations, drawings and other technical documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and applicability to the project requirements.
8. Provide technical liaison with the client and supervise incorporation of client comments into technical deliverables.
9. Supervise field engineers in the preparation of technical and operating documentation and procedures.
10. Supervise field engineers and engineering during the development of bills of material for the project.
11. Prepare scope of works and lead in the technical evaluation of subcontractors for the project.
12. Monitors Global’s performance vs. contract and assists project manager in ensuring compliance.
13. Monitors Client’s performance vs. contract and assists project manager in ensuring compliance.
14. Conduct post job analysis and assist the project manager with the development of “lessons learned” and project closeout reports.
