Recruited as Co-President of the Montclair PTA Council to formulate and execute a strategic plan aimed at broadening the organization’s membership, reach, and advocacy capacity. Responsible for operational oversight and the establishment of best-practices sharing among member PTA organizations. Reestablished relationships with advocacy organizations devoted to special issues, e.g., families of children with special needs (SEPAC), grandparents raising school-aged children (GRASP). Led collaboration with the Montclair BOE, district Central Office and a variety of community groups and local politicians in support of our ensuring high quality integrated public education for every child, through a magnet system in which every school represents a strong, diverse, and vibrant community of learners.

Support the human resources needs of all Live Productions. Provide employee relations support, lead HR project management initiatives and help build and deliver specific training and development initiatives. Support global acculturation & tax for international resources.
Responsible for planning and directing all aspects of Community Connect Inc.’s HR policies, objectives, and initiatives. Part of the Senior Management team playing a very strategic role in the growth and progress of the Company. Work closely with the Senior Management team to develop Corporate Strategy and then plan and execute the human resources initiatives to support it.
