Responsibilities Wrote concise and effective customer proposals, prepared sales contracts, proposals and presentations, made regular status reports follow-ups, closing and activities. Controlled coordination of shipping, oversaw delivery of products, organized installation of products. Prepared daily run sheets, set up and assisted with insurance claims. Dispatching daily jobs. Answered multiple phone lines. Handled all forms of payments. Preformed daily opening and closing of shop. Accomplishments I was able to build a strong customer relationship with several of our long term clients. I would always try to find a positive solution for both the customer and the company.
