I started as a part time administrative assistant and receptionist. I requested additional responsibilities and was able to take over banking and collections for the company. I corresponded with delinquent clients via mail and telephone to arrange payment or payment arrangements. I eventually moved into the bookkeeping area. I am proficient in Quickbooks and Quickbooks online. I am proficient in entering and balancing bank statements, credit card statements and mortgage info. I learn and retain information quickly. I use multi line telephone systems. I am also very good with Microsoft Excel and Word. We used UltraTax for filing and was taught basic income tax entry.
