• Work collaboratively with management, contributing to the effective design, development, and implementation of initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert providing value added input to marketing and sales initiatives to ensure alignment with the desired customer and achievement and support of the desired business experience is achieved and supported through the coordination of people, products and services, supporting change in a logical, aligned and efficient manner.
• Drive New Business with Strategy and Business Development Initiatives.
• Analyze Marketing and Product Campaigns to engage new customers.
• Manage integrating social campaigns into larger marketing programs to drive awareness and engagement.
• Assist and collaborate with sales and marketing team on the planning, strategy, and execution of social media programs and initiatives
• Lead projects and work across fast-paced groups in creating a voice within the A&D environment.
• Identify and create opportunities for social activations, develop execution plans, and manage roll-out and optimization.
• Manage analytics and communicate professionally with management teams, in both verbal and written formats
• Manage teams in asset creation, including videos, interactive widgets, social whitepapers, blogs, etc.
• Work with social media team to place content on social media sites and distribute content to stakeholders to amplify content in social media
• Track results of performance, analyze which content is most successful, create and distribute reports and develop a team that meets the needs of clients and the changing business environment and workplace.
