Manage day to day operations and scheduling of 548 Taxicabs including maintenance and repairs as well as damage restorations resulting from accidents. Creating replacement taxis that are pulled from service due to mileage and or production model year restrictions imposed by local government agencies, Interactions with Local State and Federal Officials to maintain all required permits to remain in compliance with Annual and semiannual Inspections of the entire fleet of Taxicabs. All aspects of public conveyance in an for-hire environment. Analytic research and development to prevent personal injury to the general public while in transit. Educational implementation to 1100 individual drivers for the purpose of preventing property damage and or personal injury claims against the corporation and or it's assigns.
Operate information technology based systems to track and coordinate the satisfactory delivery of patrons to their destinations in a timely fashion. Handle consumer complaints and resolutions to the advancement of the corporation.
Transport all equipment and related materials to the individual offsite operations divisions within the company.
Oversee all individual managers to streamline the complete operations divisions within the corporation. Investigate and implement loss profit measures as set in place by the corporation.
