JD Wetherspoon

Bar manager

I have worked for JD Wetherspoon since 2005, mainly based at Birmingham airport. As a result of working for the company at Birmingham Airport, I was asked to help open the first service station pub at Beaconsfield services, The Hope and Champion. Most recently I have been part of a team that has just opened The Flying Chariot, Heathrow Terminal 2 'The queens terminal' I have managed teams of 20 to 120 associates, maintaining high standards at all times and ensuring that targets are met. The outlets I have been involved in have always had a high emphasise on food sales with usually a food wet split of 60/40%.
