Responsible for outgoing correspondence – emails, phone calls, and letters – on behalf of the Member; Writing,
researching, and editing all materials. Approximately 500 outgoing correspondences per week.
Manage all mail and correspondence using Fireside21 customer relations management software, sorting mail daily,
assigning responses as necessary, and managing outbound production. Sort approximately 700 inbounds per week.
Supervise a team of interns who assist with mail management.
Develop content for, produce, and send proactive outreach materials, including: e-mail newsletters, postcards, and
other constituent communications pieces.
Manage a large constituent contact database of 200,000 people with constituent coalition groups and information
