Manages the Southeast Division Field Talent Development Team consisting of 13 training facilitators supporting over 350 Walmart stores, 42 markets and over 100,000 associates.

Manages the delivery of instructor led, web based, and blended leadership and functional training approaches.
Participates in business talent reviews and provides training resources based on identified talent gaps.
Aligns Talent Development business strategies and goals with Operational business strategies and goals.
Manages moderately complex training and development projects to enhance operational development and execution.
Develops and conducts training program assessments to ensure learning objectives have been met. Measures the effectiveness of training from the reaction of the learner and the learning that has occurred. Creates methodology to measure the effectiveness of training through behavioral change to the return on investment for the training.
