Faced with a consistent stream of tasks encourages for positive enhancements to establish a smoother system to increase productivity and strive for perfection. From maintaining inventory of 300+ automobiles on the company's property, to satisfying sales personnel and consumer-guests by locating vehicles requires a keen sense for multi-tasking. Communicating with various dealerships in the Northeastern region and organizing delivery of vehicles and documents to fit the consumer's needs and expectations helps to establish a long-term business relationship. Up-keeping with all employees certifications and Lexus requirements is a weekly task. Signing up co-workers for workshops and seminars helps to maintain above the 90% national Lexus requirements scores. Corporate also sets expectations for Lexus satisfaction surveys and feedback. After throughly informing and teaching the guest/consumer about their purchase in a One-on-One personalized session, the guests have a chance to rate my delivery of their vehicle.
