Provide software related custom integration and implementation support on EMC Products at customer site. This includes
pre-inspection, initial install , troubleshoot , implementation , customization , integration and outline orientation for
Post-sales - be the technical contact for EMC accounts for technical issues and work closely with the systems engineering
Team to answer, elevate and resolve customer's technical issues.
Apply advanced system level technical expertise to resolve standard to highly complex customer issues related to backup
and restore of data Collaborate with different technical and Sales teams and product vendors (Data Domain /
VMWare/Networker) to resolve blackened backup restore and performance issues.
Collaborate timely / proactive collaboration and escalate issues to EMC Engineering.
Validate technical information, issues, early warning to customers and pre-sales team upon review.
Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
Sales calls - as a technical resource on sales calls and answer/ educate the customer and partner on issues ranging from
features, specifications and functionality to integration
Create Best Practice Knowledge base articles.
Provide assistance to EMC customers with post-sales training
