For companies that have the vision and ambition to populate their decision making bodies with as many women as men, Voice At The Table offer (among other things) structured targeted new generation mentoring, to help boost the confidence of female talent and improve retention of happy, confident, efficient and effective performers.
We help build the female pipeline by preparing and supporting individuals for the next step up the career ladder. This can be delivered through tailor-made programs to small groups of identified talent that help them transition to the next level of their career, or to individuals through 1-2-1 sessions. We deliver our services through a number of executive coaches with City and corporate backgrounds, as well as experts in other relevant areas. Our aim is to maximise retention rates and strengthen numbers of successful senior women in the organisation by empowering individuals to carve their own individual path to the top.
Rina has worked as a banking lawyer for nearly twenty years, is an ILM Level 5 qualified trainer and an Accredited Associate Executive Coach
