Mayfair Boardwalk Grill

Working at the Mayfair Boardwalk Grill, I was in charge of organizing, setting up, and opening the stand. After the stand was opened, I were to work the cashier and pass out food the entire time. When my shift was finished, I cleaned the stand and made sure it was ready for the next group of people.
In doing my job, I learned how clean, ring-up customers, cook, and most importantly, work efficiently. I started my job at $8.25 an hour. When my employer noticed the rate of work I pushed for, they laid off another worker and I worked two jobs at once; the register and passing out food. Once the co-worker was laid off, I was raised to $10 an hour. Once starting my second year at the Mayfair, I was started at $12 an hour, before tips.
