In this role, I develop and implement solutions designed to increase cultural and performance improvements in the organisation, I analyse job task protocol and make recommendations for improvement, ensuring that any change management programs encompass continual improvement of the approved system for all organisational levels and the organisation is informed through executive level briefings and organisational training. Through continual collaboration, I ensure that client service and expectations remain each team member’s top priority.
• Developed and implemented the overall management system for the $9B North West Rail Link project, created as a roadmap to define key policies and processes, and the intermeshing of procedures to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
• Devised a business system strategy and an overall technology strategy intended to foster a culture toward the systems-based management approach, increasing engagement for a PPP infrastructure project, and enabling a portfolio review to coincide with a planning and needs analysis.
• Designed and wrote an issues appraisal and decision-making framework through which all significant and critical issues were discussed and escalated according to severity.
• Created a document information management framework for internal staff and external contractors.
