I was hired to direct Financial Planning and Analysis for Operations in Asia +30 Countries, and 3 intercontinental hubs. (800M Euro organization). Manage 5 Directors/Sr Managers and total staff of 26. My role is a dual role supporting both the CFO, and COO in Asia. My hub finance teams provide are all financial, accounting, and FP&A support for their respective Hub management teams. Additionally, I support the Country Operations with Operations Controlling and FP&A support. including Oversight, Target setting, variance analysis, and management of action plans.

+ Countries Ops Cost%Revenue better by 1.5%, Ops Cost per Move on Target while absorbing investments (50-80M€ annually), and approx 4% of inflationary pressure.
