a. Assisting them into the establishment and seat them.
2. Personal representation of the service.
a. To ensure that the guests are made comfortable and kept informed of
the status of their demands or wait times.
3. Monitors the open dining sections of the restaurant, guests waiting lists
and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting.
