Looking to re-enter the job market
Senior COBOL Developer Analyst

After nearly a decade of contracting, I shifted gears to work exclusively under the employ of a major bank. I established myself as an asset, over the years meeting increasingly greater responsibilities. During the global recession, the bank began selling off units; unfortunately, this eventually included the one I was supporting.
With the severance package from the bank and the incentive package from the purchasing company, I was set for a while so I took some time off. I think most people would do the same if given the opportunity. When I began looking for a new job, I was determined to stay in the Louisville area. Over time, I have realized that the opportunities are not here, and have expanded my geographical search.
I am a hard worker who is passionate about my work with proven value in the field through decades of experience. I am now ready to go wherever the work takes me, and with it comes my commitment, ethic, and experience.
