I work in a very fast paced call center where in bound calls are coming through all day and outbound calls are made as well. I am responsible for scheduling the patients MRI as well as the follow up appointment. I communicate with physician staff to ensure that the patients needs are accommodated. I also have worked with insurance companies as well as their third party vendors to ensure that preauthorization is obtained for the patient's MRI in time for their appointment.
