• Coordinate and manage 2nd tier of support that contains 15 Desktop Supports Engineers and 3 System Engineers to maintain IT related project and problem in BNI Branch.
• Provide technical assistance to Management and Business Liasong Group in request management, project prioritisation, resource allocation and desktop management.
• Design and develop the configurations to be deployed on desktop and server system using the approved solution assessment to meet user requirements.
• Monitor the progress of problem's resolution within desktop and system support group.
• Monitor the health status of BNI system and application including Antivirus (Symantec Endpoint Reporting) and Server (Microsoft’s SCOM).
• Identify and documented project or other IT issues in branch and also responsible to provide IT report to Help Desk Head,
• Maintain excellent communication with all end user and other member of Technology Departement. Also collaborate with outside vendors as needed including HP, Epson, Lenovo, Microsoft, Symantec, and Others IT Organisation.
