Provides career development services to a universal population, with a focus on helping customers obtain employment, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to meet the demands of today's evolving workplace.

Conducts hands-on center enrollment assistance and guidance to jobseekers. Facilitates customer access to supportive services, social services, training, education, and employment services as well as job search mechanics i.e.: Job search techniques, Resume writing, and Interview Skills. Administers and reviews skills assessment tests to assess clients’ aptitude, values, interest inventories and training needs for job readiness and prepares clients for entry/re-entry into the workforce. Strong understanding of the current labor market, vocational systems, internet, One-Stop services and One-Stop referral system. Maintains bulletin boards, updating job postings, apprenticeship and training postings, Labor Market and Re-Entry information while coordinating with various teams within the agency to insure uniform resource displays.
