Payroll and Human Resource administration for 350+ employees in three cities, including but not limited to:
Bi-weekly payroll processing; Bi-weekly and on-demand reporting to managers, board of directors, and
accounting team; Timekeeping; Manage and track employment applications; Recruit and select call center
employees; Pre-employment background check and drug testing program; New hire orientations; Entry of new
hire data and changes into HRIS; 401(k) plan administration; Random drug testing program; Employment
verifications; Unemployment claims; Serve as a consultant to management on Human Resource topics; Create
and deliver trainings; Create and manage policies, procedures, forms, and documents; Create and maintain
personnel recordkeeping system; Manage vendor relationships; Manage one clerical employee
Full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for 100 employees; Bi-weekly and on-demand reporting to managers, owners, and
finance team; Administration of insurance plans, 401(k), and COBRA; Setup and administration of timekeeping
system and HRIS; Participate in development of policies, procedures, forms, and documents; Create and
maintain job descriptions for all positions; Support recruitment processes by posting available positions on
internet job boards, screening applicant responses, conducting telephone interviews, and selecting
candidates to interview with hiring manager; New hire orientation; Employee relations, investigations, and
terminations; Maintain personnel records and employee identification badges; Create and maintain
performance management program; Tracked employee credentials; Acknowledgment of employee personal
and professional milestones; Company holiday party
Full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for 125 employees; Administration of insurance plans, SIMPLE IRA, and COBRA;
Backup to Human Resource Manager; Interface with billing department to ensure clients are billed properly
Bi-weekly multi-cycle payroll for approximately 1200 employees per week
Processed payroll and served as primary point of contact for 175-250 assigned client companies in various
industries (up to 2500 employees per week); assist with other clients as needed
