Responsible for the expansion of the business in the The Netherlands, introducing online services and integration of the customer operations center.
Recruiting staff to attend the Dutch market needs and motivating them to achieve the targets. Developing and implementing market plan for online and offline business. Opening new branches and the acquisition of more than 20 agents representatives all over the country.
Working together with the e-commerce team to build the new version of the Mobile App launched in the Dutch market. Using Google Analytics to identify the opportunities, coordinating PPC and Google Adwords with the marketing department.
Using several reports and tools to optimize the sales, qualify the team, increase profitability and promote the brand in the country.
Creating marketing campaigns as: flyers, posters, banners, magazines and organizing workshops.
Implementing discount-codes campaigns to improve loyalty programs, including SMS and e-mail campaign.
