The management of the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance. The Human Resource Manager is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions This person to ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state compliance requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, and other employee services.
