Providing office management and administrative support to the program coordinator and the facilitators on all HACC campuses.
Responsible for data management and report writing for the grant.
Reviews all data submitted by facilitators campus-wide for accuracy, consistency with regulations, submission schedule and grant requirements.
Maintains working knowledge of current KEYS guidelines.
Generates reports with information gathered and accumulated as defined by grant schedule for state and staff.
Does all purchasing and receiving for campus KEYS offices, following HACC guidelines, with purchase approval from coordinator. Campus-wide equipment maintenance, prints supplies update forms. Point person with HACC IT.
Manages student incentives: purchasing, spreadsheet maintenance, distribution to facilitators, safe maintenance.
Performs routine clerical duties and assists staff as needed. Has main phone number for campus-wide program. Interacts and assists with students, etc. as needed on a limited basis. Takes meeting minutes. Performs other duties as assigned.
Troubleshoots and informs staff as required.
Quality control function- identify issues and suggests training needs.
