Ravi provided leadership to the Pre-Sales and the Implementation verticals within Xerox Global Services in India. His team was responsible for management of Bids and RFP/RFI related activities, consulting to customers on their document management strategies, preparation of Solution Design, Architecture and proposal, Solution Pricing, Solution Presentation & POC, Design of SOW, SLA’s and agreement closures, manage “Time to Revenue” through effective Implementation comprising of Transition & Transformation of an enterprise.
