Assisting the winemaker with tasks related with the vinification of red and white varieties.
During this training I was also involved in laboratory tasks (maturation control, fermentation and post-fermentation).
National and international sales of wine and stock management.
Wine sales in restaurants and retail stores.
Responsible for the Quality Control and assisting the winemaker with the winemaking process and the viticulture.
At the Douro Estates Quinta do Seixo and, later, Quinta do Sairrão, I was assisting the
winemakers with tasks related with the vinification of Douro and Porto wines.
As harvest intern in the laboratory, I was doing chemical and microbiologic analysis of juice/wine.
During the internship, I was also involved in different cellar tasks.

vinification of Douro and Porto wines.
