I regularly assist over 200 customers a month with pricing, schedules, supplies and deliveries. I communicate with customers and suppliers by telephone, electronic mail and social media. On a daily basis I handle escalations up to the vice president level and initiate action and follow through to conclusion of any commitment. Through one on ones with my superiors I have been commended for pioneering innovative strategies to resolve tough problems. I am the liaison between managers and customer service representatives to support customers in a timely manner and maintain responsibility for responding to client inquiries. Working in the a customer advocate department has allowed me to multitask various projects simultaneously, and work to deliver successful outcomes.
